TTD EMPLOYEE ENTERED INTO INDIA BOOK OF RECORDS

Tirupati, 17 Aug 2011(P.R.O): Sir L.V.Subramanyam, Executive Officer, TTDs  has today felicitated and lauded TTD employee   Sri G.Venkateswarlu (SAGAR) for his achievement and bagging the  award by INDIA BOOK OF RECORDS, New Delhi  for drawing portraits of personalities and deities  with Ball Point Reffill Dots  which is popularly hailed as an exclusive Art of “POINTILLSIM”

Sri G.Venkateswarlu (SAGAR) working in  TTDs Sri Venkateswara  Institue of Traditional  Sculpture and Architecture  was felicitated by the EO fat his chambers in Tirupati on Wednesday  morning.

Sri Ginne Venkateswarlu has is an expert  in the unique art of pointillism  since 1984. Since then he has drawn  over 300 art works in different sizes (24”x24”. 15”x 22”, 16”x 20”, 11” x 14”, 10” x 12”, 8” x 6”) and named them as  “THE VOICE OF PALAMOOR DOTS”.

The total size of his paintings comes to around 600 sq ft and it is a unique record of sorts  in the world of art.

Congratulating the artist for his entry into the INDIA BOOK OF RECORDS, Sri Subramanyam  said   art  was a gift of God and it should be utilized for the betterment of the society.
